I am writing this recommendation on the behalf of Bethany Anderson. I worked with Bethany for several years at Screw Machine Specialties/Walker Products. During that time, Bethany demonstrated extensive knowledge in the field of Information Technology (IT). She was instrumental in implementing new software packages and maintaining our network. Additionally, her customer service skills were impressive. Whether she was assisting an employee with a PC issue or coordinating software issues with the designer, she always displayed a friendly and professional manner. Finally, you will not find a hard working professional. I have personally witnessed her working long hours (12+) to insure that our network was running smoothly and she will not stop until a problem is resolved. It was a pleasure working with Bethany.
